Organizational Development:
Definition: It is a conceptual, organization-wide effort to increase an organization's effectiveness and viability. To change complex strategies, beliefs, attitudes, values, and structures of an organization. It is normally done so that an organization can better adapt to new technologies, markets, challenges. Answer: The speed at which people do business in our world is not going to slow down. In fact, as long as people are making money on selling new technologies it will only speed up more and more. But remember that technology is to be the servant of mankind, not its master. We just need to learn how to use the technology at our disposal in a way that helps us accomplish our task faster, easier, more efficiently… and with more enjoyment. |
