Oliver Jr., (Sgt- E-4), United States Air Force with a "Secret" Security rating, receives Vietnam War Service Awards for: 100% accuracy in 16 Groups Per minute as a Morse Code Intercept Operator, American National Defense Medal, Military Good Conduct Medal, Expert Air Force Small Arms Marksmanship and Outstanding Unit Citation Ribbon while working at the 7651st Aeronautical Chart and Information Squadron Pearl Harbor, Hickam AFB (which made flight and bombing maps for pilots in Vietnam). Awarded on 50th year anniversary of Dr. Oliver's US Air Force Honorable Discharge after 4 years active service (1966-1970). 2 Medals and 2 Ribbons given at public ceremony by The Honorable Congressman Dr. Raul Ruiz, MD, California District 36. Awarded at City Hall, Belmont, California, January 2020.
