Trumpet Music by
Austin James Oliver Organizational Change: Definition: The process of becoming different: Activities that improve awareness and identity. Activities that develop talents and potential, build human capital and facilitate employability. Activities that enhance quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations. Answer: Organizational change for the most part has to do with people. You can paint the building, get new computers and put flowers near the front door entrance but that won’t affect the bottom line. Employees affect the bottom line. We must not fear the right kind of organizational change. |
